Anah Gaynes

DESIGN INTERN

Anah is a student in the graduate Landscape Architecture program at LSU. She is originally from Jacksonville, Florida with a BSc in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion. Her primary interests getting into landscape architecture were edible gardens and addressing food deserts. After her first year in the MLA program, she has found interests in cultural landscape preservation and restoration, coastal landscapes, and resilient design, spurred especially by her research on resilient coastal community design in East Biloxi, Mississippi.
