The European-inspired Towne Center is situated in the middle of one of Baton Rouge’s most affluent areas. The 400,000 square foot lifestyle center boasts tenants such as Whole Foods, Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek, and Talbots. Our team provided planning and detail design services, creating a cohesive, inviting outdoor atmosphere. Several special features include specialty paving in the vehicular and pedestrian areas that invite the user into the development, fountains that punctuate pathways and provide social gathering spaces, multiple scales of monument and wayfinding signage, and extensive planting and irrigation design.
