Rouzan Clubhouse

The Rouzan clubhouse, completed in 2020, is nestled in the heart of the Rouzan traditional neighborhood development. It is the successful outcome of a collaborative effort between a visionary client, a talented team of designers, and skilled contractors. The 1.2-acre complex offers a serene atmosphere for members to relax, play, exercise, and socialize.

The exterior spaces are divided into two main areas. The first is the formal courtyard, which centers around a large transplanted live oak tree. This courtyard has been host to several events such as neighborhood Easter egg hunts, cocktail hours, and small wedding ceremonies. Adjacent to this area, a small playground nestled in lush plantings offers children an engaging space to play.

The second area is the pool amenity area, which features a large resort-style pool, hammock grove, shade sail lounge area, splash pad, bocce ball court, arbors, and other amenities. Each of these spaces seamlessly integrates with the architecture of the clubhouse, which includes a café, clubroom, and fitness center. The design is a testament to the skillful execution of a vision that provides a complete package of amenities for members.
