Perkins Rowe is a mixed-use development that features 11 blocks of lively entertainment, luxurious living spaces and desired office locations. Our team was involved from the onset and was instrumental in site layout, streetscape, and open space within the development. The streetscape throughout the site creates a warm, inviting environment that provides pedestrians with a safe, enjoyable experience. The pocket parks throughout the development provide a welcome respite of greenspace, used as informal gathering spaces, concert venues, and dining areas. The design and implementation of Perkins Rowe has set a high bar for future mixed-use, walkable communities in Baton Rouge.
