Lee Magnet High School
Lee Magnet High School provided us the opportunity to work on one of Louisiana’s flagship high schools. Our design team was tasked with creating a collaborative, hands-on learning environment for the 1200-student high school. The design focuses on the heart of the campus by creating a network of pathways to traverse to and from the school’s learning studio and a flexible space that serves as a performing-art stage, outdoor classroom, lunch and gathering place. The design also features a 600-foot bio-swale that captures, cleans, and treats a large portion of the site’s stormwater.
