Inner Harbor Navigational Canal

The Inner Harbor Navigation Canal (INHC) Lock Replacement / open space recreation plan involved working with USACE to develop a conceptual scheme for cohesive aesthetic treatment of levees, floodwalls, and adjoining project lands, while enhancing community access to these public areas. Our team, in conjunction with Perez Architects, was tasked with developing four master plans based on socioeconomic and environmental conditions, as well as phasing for budget considerations. Project elements included floodwalls, neighborhood overlooks, pocket parks, promenades, bike paths, walking paths, lighting and recreation fields.
